Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Venzipa ("we", "us", "our"). Our refund and return policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your order, request a refund, and return items. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
2. Change-of-Mind Cancellations (Before Fulfillment)
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
- This 48-hour period gives us time to process and fulfill orders.
- To cancel within this period, contact us at contact@venzipa.com with your order number.
- If the order hasn't been fulfilled and is eligible for cancellation, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately to your original payment method.
Once the 48-hour window has passed or your order has entered the fulfillment/shipping process, we cannot cancel the order mid-transit.
At that point, our standard return process applies (see Sections 3–6).
3. Standard Return Policy (90-Day Hassle-Free Returns)
We have a 90-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. Within this period, you may initiate a return for a refund if the item is in original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
4. Returns After Shipment / Delivery
If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it:
- Wait until the item is delivered to you.
- Then contact us to initiate a return within the 90-day return period.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it is in like-new condition (unused, with tags, in original packaging).
- After inspection, we will process your refund immediately to your original payment method.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is accepted and inspected:
- We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may offer a return and full refund or replacement.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Sale items and gift cards

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The socks are heavily used, stretched out, or show significant wear
- The fabric is torn, damaged, or stained
- The product was washed
- The zipper or seams were damaged due to forceful use
- Only one sock of the pair is returned
- More than 90 days have passed since delivery
