5. Pricing and Payment All prices are shown in euros (€). Prices include VAT where applicable. We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
6. Orders and Formation of the Contract When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email — this does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
7. Shipping and Delivery We ship to addresses within Italy. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
8. Cancellations You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the preparation or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, our return policy will apply.
9. Returns and Refunds We offer a hassle-free 90-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
10. Consumer Rights (Italian Law) In accordance with Italian consumer protection law, you are entitled to products of satisfactory quality, products fit for their intended purpose, and products that match their description.
If a product does not meet these standards, please contact us at contacto@venzipa.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (the withdrawal period), without having to provide any reason, for a full refund.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, our total liability will not exceed the value of your order, and we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an Italian consumer.
